It's not much fun when AA loses to 24, but I think you need to think about how you played the hand.
Your pre-flop and flop bets were both too small, you gave him good enough odds to call both times. I'm surprised your pre-flop bet of only 90 got 2 folds, usually all the limpers will call such a small raise, I'd recommend betting about 150 there. Your half pot bet on the flop gave him 3/1 to call, that's an attractive price with a flush draw, also he might think there's a good chance you've missed the board with aK or something like that and you're just putting in a standard c-bet. By the time you put in a sizeable bet on the turn he had a piece of the board and a flush draw, many players consider that enough to make the call. Was your shove on the river really wise? Only hands that beat you are going to call. Surely when he called the turn you must have put him on a possible flush draw?
