i'd probably make the first one bigger but generally i think it's ok

second one is pretty bad, use the first hand for an example, same situation and glitterbabe makes it 6.50, 4.50 is like the standard 3-bet size but not with a raise, call and call, and you're OOP, atleast 6.50 imo

don't really like your flop bet on the second one either, the guy only has £18 back and you've bet pot and you're unlucky he has a K, but if you bet that much your opponent is never coming back at you with a bluff, atleast if you bet around £5/6, villain may think he has some fold equity and shove an overcard/draws

Why do you minraise UTG with AA ?

After Gliter makes a proper raise you then finally make a proper raise and he folds too bad.

QQ in SB I make it at least £6 pre.

K high flop isn't great, not sure about pot bet though you're basically saying you ain't folding which I guess could be good but I'd just check and see what he does or make a half pot cbet. If he bets anything over £6 I fold any less and I would be in an awkward area.

it's because he just joined table and posted BB, so he already had 0.50p out there and made it £1 more, it was still £1.50 to opponents

Ok well tbh UTG I would be more inclined to make it 4x as there's an extra 50p in there.

1. I would flat the 3bet

2 3bet bigger pre, Your flop bet is too big with any holding in a 3bet pot unless very deep, it is definitely too bg with villains stack. I prob c/c flop on that board, bet small/call is also good

bet sizing is fine, its the utg limp re pop that makes it an auto muck

I dont think 4betting is bad here, I just think its an obvious squeeze spot and theres a good chance 3bettor is doing it light. We are also ip and have the nuts

I dont think its a given everyone calls if we flat, even if they do we go to the flop with <1.5 pot behind and the nuts, which is a pretty good situation in my book

I've always found the "we only want 1 opponent with AA" theory  a bit strange. I would be happy to go to the flop 3way. Even 4way, while its more difficult to play and we lose more often, Im still not sure its less profitable

4 bet size for the AA is fine.

It's a sucky spot as it  looks so strong .... raise UTG, tightish player squeezes from the SB (which I don't think he's doing that light), and then you 4 bet.

Don't particularly like flatting though, so fine as played.

QQ 3 bet size is too small IMO.

If you are 3 betting a single raiser OOP then something around 3 - 3.5 times their open size is about right.

With 2 callers I would make  it more (at least 4.5 times the open size, and no problem if it was a bit bigger than this).

Quite often you want to squeeze in this kind of spot and take it down (with a  hand much weaker than QQ). This bet size is never going to get it folded through, and we can't go making different bet sizes for different hand strengths.

you made it look SO much like aces first hand, no wonder you didnt get paid, 2nd hand, terrible call from him pre and just fold to the re raise
