When isnt this a cooler?  Bet sizes are pretty bad am afraid.  The pre flop raise is pointless.  Flop bet is fine mostly.

Just sick runners.

Its not a cooler in the sense you were dominated to begin with, but it is a cooler in that you were never doing your stack if not for the turn bink.

Preflop call is fine.

Flop, don't think half pot-bet into 3 players is great with your hand.

Turn, you hit your 2 outer, would bet a little more than half pot at least 500.

River, he hits his 2 outer too bad move on.

check flop, betting will put you in very awkward spots. I prob c/f to any decent size bet weak as it sounds

Turn bet a little more to make river an easy shove if you only get one caller
