Ok few talking points here, this is about 45 mins into a $22 tournament. Started reasonablely slow trying to play LAG but not finding many decent spots. Mostly been playing on Button and cutoff. Only one other hand playing in other posisions. None have gone to showdown.

Opponent i am not sure on, ive not been paying full attention (terrible i know). Preflop i decide to disguise my hand and take control by 3betting in posision, topic one.

On the flop, and turn i bet 60% of pot. On flop should i be betting nearer 75% and on turn should i be just getting it in or is my bet fine.

In these tourneys on that site 3betting pre is more or less pointless with this holding.  It helps get post flop HU but the original raiser is calling you 9 times out of 10 with 100% of their opening range.  You take control of the hand but again this is pretty pointless when a significant amount of players will call any CBet, call through the streets with bottom/middle pair, float all bets, call for middle pins etc etc.  LAG just isn't working when half of the field do not have a fold button.  Small ball can work but you need some run good.

As played I'm fine with the flop (although I would have been tempted to open shove for the above reasons, but your bet is probably best).  Jam turn, he's calling wide and you need to get the money in with your big hands and for them to hold in these MTTs.

I dont like the 3bet pre against an unknown, I dont see much reason to do it

Rest looks ok, although I prob make flop a bit bigger and just shove the turn
