Hello im very new to this guys, and i wanted to contact live help but everytime i type in my deataileS to spaek to an advsor or what ever it just puts me back to the screen where i started.. any ideads why guys..

load the download programme--click on help at the top of page--scroll down to live chat--enter name and user id--enter email address---- bingo

yes i do all that then it take me back to the start never works for me, take me back to where i stared ;/
