playing in casino 3 handed with 10s

hi guys i was playing in a casino last night play a touny with a buy in of £50 and  i couldnt get this hand out of my head.  i got to the final table out of 48 players i was 3 handed the blinds was 2000 4000 i was in the small blind and the person on my right was the chip leader and had about 140000 who had the button and he raised 11000 i havent really had a hand on the final table and turn over its 1010 and i was 3rd at time with a chip stack of around 73,000 and 2nd was like 90,000 i didnt want to call because out of position plus of my awkard chip stack to the raise  so i decided to shove is it the right play?

btw he called and turned over a q suited of diamonds and floped a queen 10 didnt come lol

you have around 18BB, shoving over a button raise with pocket 10's is fine .. you're just unlucky he actually had a hand.
