Back from the Amazon with some chip counts for you:
Terrell08 - 37,600 w4rlock - 24,500 ish.
No recognised pros on Roy's table, and he looks comfortable enough just sussing them out and working his way in to it. Not at all bothered about being down from his starting stack.
Jonny on the other hand has a handy table. His table with Sammy was broken, but when he joined the new one, Farha was right behind him! He's also got Lex Veldhuis for company now, although the hand I watched saw Jonny 3bet him pre before firing in to the ten-high flop. I have a feeling he's taking to it like a duck to water out there...
Roy has 3-4 players on his table who have been aggro, and directly towards him. In one hand, the Villain raised out of the cut off and Roy called with AJ in the BB. Board ran out 9889x and Roy called him down with Ace high. Villain showed the monster that is 95o. Ugh. He doesn't seem too worried, but I feel he's going to start playing back to them soon.
Jonny is having the time of his life in there, doing a Mini Yoyo. He was up to 42k, then back to down 30k before getting back up to 35k. Details on how to follow.
So, Mini Yoyo as I am now calling him has done this lot in the last two hours...
Hand 1 - Bluffing Lex Veldhuis.
Jonny turns TT in to a bluff after betting the turn and river out of position on a AxxKQ board. The Queen completed a backdoor flush, and Lex didn't look too amused when he was shown TT. Jonny put him on something like A-5 or K-T/K-9. Up to 42k the lad goes.
Hand 2 - Giving them back to Lex Veldhuis.
Jonny defends his BB with JTcc against a button raise from Lex. The board comes AJxxx, with a flopped flush draw not getting there. Jonny check-calls three streets 'trying to do the hero call' with second pair. He's shown A9. Back to 30k.
Hand 3 - Oh hi der Peru!
A 'lovely older gentleman' from Peru decided to let go of his hand after Jonny plays 88 and again turns it in to a bluff. It works this time because the man from Peru is not Lex, so he gets 5k back.
Doyle Brunson has been eliminated from the Main Event. I for one hope he finds his enthusiasm for the game again - the guy is a legend and the poker a much better place for having him in it.
We've lost one... Roy Down... Our man wakes up with AA from UTG and gets three callers. Flop comes 3c-4c-5h Roy leads the flop, and gets two callers. Turn comes a Qs and Roy's decided his hand is good enough to go with it. He gets his chips over the line and he's snapped called by the nuts: 6d-7d. Unlucky Roy... bloody Aces. Posted by Sky_Dave
aww unlucky dad AA they always seem to get you.. anyway your still a winner just for getting that there. hope you had a great expereance and hope you and mum enjoy the rest of your holiday speak to you soon.

Jonny enters the dinner break with 30k. Sammy is apparently in many pots. Well, there's a surprise...
Apparently Lex and Sammy are the only two players Jonny has successfully bluffed, which he puts down to them being better players, so able to understand what he's trying to represent. They'll get suspicious soon enough though, so our man is going to need to be on his toes there. Either that or just flop the nuts against Sammy and wiiiiiiiiii his way to 80k or so
Well, we thought he'd come out swinging, but to be frank the last hand is a tricky spot for the young Scotsman.
Raising with Ah-9h, he gets two callers and a favourable looking flop of 8-4-4, two hearts.
Jonny bets the flop and gets both players to call.
The turn is a baby heart, giving him the nut flush. Now he elects to take a tricky route, checking across with the view of possibly check raising. Instead both players check behind.
The river now sees a baby brick, changing nothing. Jonny's stack is around 15k and there's about the same in the middle. He elects to bet 3k and is met by a re-raise by the first of the two villains. The second folds and it's back to Jonny.
When discussing the hand, he mentioned that the table talk preflop had made him think the Villain was very strong. He put him on an overpair and decided to go with it, only to be shown the nut boat, 8-8. Ouch.
It's been a tough day for our two gents in Vegas. While some who wanted to wager that neither would make it through Day 1 might have a little chuckle to themselves, they should remember that Roy and Jonny did something they did not - made it to the biggest poker tournament on Earth. A $10,000 buy-in tournament is always going to be tough to win, and many difficult spots have to be avoided. Sadly for us on this occasion, they came out on the wrong side of it. They should both be proud of their achievements in getting to the WSOP. I know we are.

Pretty good interview with bracelet winner James Dempsey earlier today.
At dinner break, he has about 35k, down from 55k.
