KK, 2 callers pre, board drawey on Flop - NL4

edited July 2011 in The Poker Clinic
This is not a brag post, serious question.

Player 1 has just sat down, Player 2 is fairly solid NL4 reg(...... who always seems to appear on my table as soon as I sit down, which is worrying lol) he will limp call PPs and also Sooted connectors (but not to the amount I raised with the latter).

Once I get two calls and the flop lands as it does what should I have done? Im not sure the shove was correct, although my thinking was that I didnt want it going 3 handed on the turn on that board, any one with an Ace is on a draw as is any two diamonds so may get one caller.....which I did. But to be honest I didnt like that board so was happy to take the pot down there.

However if either player has trips through PP im crushed or of course AA......what a man to do?
