Rake on heads up split pots - can this be right? max rake should be £1 per pot???

I thought the rake was 5% Which means it should have been more than 75p. Rake should be void for these instances though.

Pot was £47.72. Payout was £45.92. Rake capped at £1.80 for your level/Pot size/No. of players (= 3.7% here) - see below. The blinds made it a 3+ player hand so higher max applied.

yeah - bit harsh to apply the "seen flop" rule when both players are all in pre.

I have always thought this - just as a goodwill gesture to loyal customers as much as anything else.  In my experience sky are not a company who give goodwill gestures unless customers threaten to withdraw their custom.  I don't see Skypoker being any different and customers are not going to stop playing due to this.  This ain't a dig at Skypoker team who do a great job - just the big bad monopoly which is Sky - they provide a great product - but pre-emptive customer service has never been a strong point

Could argue that if they are AIPF then a flop's going to happen anyways and rake is going to be applied.

thanks for explanation Prop. even casino's with rent to pay in west end of London can afford to waive the rake in these spots - but not an online poker room?  pretty shoddy in my opinion
