Deal the cards...deal the cards
my heartbeat strong and steady.
Pocket king and pocket king..
my finger poised and ready.
Checks all round..,
to scout the ground
and four remain pre-flop...
time to sidle forward
to see what fortune drops.
Jack king jack
my heart goes whack...
but i force a hasty check
and when it goes all round again...
i'm feeling like a wreck.
Eight falls now
I have a cow
and push a simple ton...
obviously... my left the jack...
and now it's me plus one.
He's all in...12 thousand chips
I push like hot quicksilver...
then watch in awe
cause what I saw
was jack upon the river. (Want me to post this hand...lol...never happened)
