OK, this isn't as good as yours and I've posted the answer elsewhere on the forum (so no cheating and looking) but, just to keep the momentum going, here's one in a similar vein.
In Texas Hold 'Em what are the maximum number of outs that you can have to win a pot outright after the river heads-up against an opponent that is beating you after the turn? What hands would you have?

2h no good - either the 22 contains a heart or he makes a boat if it comes on the river. The T's are no good either but I'm guessing this is a typo for 9's.
So 3*A, 3*K, 3*Q, 3*J, 3*9, 3*3 and 8*h = 26, I reckon.

I've been corrected by Talon. Only two of the 3's (as 3h is already counted) so 25.
