How to keep a calm Head?
Can someone explain how not to get annoyed when all weekend i put myself into good positions late on in tourneys and get busted with AA every time. Maybe ive upset the sky poker gods, but i find myself in these positions time and time again yet with no reward and get very fustrated with it all. I know some people will say leave it alone for a couple of days but the more this happens the more i want to get staight back into another game, only for the same thing to happen all over again. Ive got enough steem coming out of my ears to fill all the steam rooms in London!!!!

You want people to call in the long run (im sure you know this)
What more can you do than you do here? UL bud
What level are you playing if you dont mind me asking?
Pre fine - Flop fine.
I'm prob shutting down on the turn, thats the type of flop that someone will have hit + def no point in calling the AI.
With 4 callers i now its weak (and people will complain!) but i might consider checking the flop, someone a large percentage of the time is going to have flopped a king. And by checking your controling the pot and getting a free card.
If i remember rightly it was a £5 Rebuy tourney or a dreaded £11 Bounty hunter.
when i played i was sure he didnt have the king, and when the 4 came on the turn i made the play.
i was right about the king but way off with the q 10.
Just another hand where ive got a good starting hand and someone flops the staight or flush against me

I know your not looking for hand advice, merely how to manage yourself when running this bad. Believe me, I am so the wrong person to give advice on this. I am a pure on line flamer, have admitted it many times.
But when running this bad live I'll do one of two things.
1. If table of solid players that I dont have any edge over I'll get up and go. Nothing worse than having to beat the game and the players.
2. If table is soft I'll go to the bathroom, then go to the bar. Get a drink or a bite to eat then head back when the steam has cleared. If people are playing with the cards generally in the air with alot of money on table I'll always feel confident I can make money.
But its never easy. Is hugely easier when playing within your BR as losses dont have any meaningful impact. But this is one of my own personal major flaws.
how can you say this?
You can never be sure about someones hand but my reads told me a king was unlikely.
