3 / 4 bet sizing at NL4

Example hand below, I 4 bet villain who had opened UTG.

Would peeps think i it would be better to re-raise stronger at NL4 (depedant upon table dynamics) as at these stakes play can sometimes be very loose, people get married to hands etc? If opponets come back over the top then thats fine as I obviously have no prob just jamming the lot in if I'm holding AA, KK or QQ or even AK.  If people want to set mine charge them hard etc? Thoughts? I know 3 or 4 betting initial raiser is enough in the majority or cases but some people will try and mine regardless of cost.

Hand below an example, opponent isn't getting the right odds to flop a set taking into account stack sizes but still calls. Charge them more?!?
