New to nl4 advice anyone?

Due to some idiotic playing above my bankroll iv had to drop down from nl10 to nl4 tables. Im not the a great cash player at the best of times as i prefer tourny play but seem to be really struggling at this level any general advice for this level and on how i played the below hand much appreciated

This was a hand i feel i should have lost less money on or could have possibly taken down on the river should i have checked the turn or bet the river?

Check back turn, also your cbet on flop can be a lot less I've been in this spot a million times and find 20p gets through around 70% of the time.

Once called your bet on turn is a bluff and against a presumed STATION it will most likely not get through as they won't fold TP which they could likely have here.

Still, your raise preflop is good.

Yeah from turn he aint going away even with 2nd pair at this level so hopefully check down for showdown, any significant bet on river after check i would just fold. You cant get people to fold at nl4 generally and 3rd pair is never good here after they call on flop if it is check down as you wont get any value from hands you beat.

Was attempting to rep an AK or similar on the turn and then remembered repping is stupid just annoying when you make it to showdown and see what beat you!

This - not stupid just generally they won't know what you are doing and are looking at their cards only
As soon as you've got a call to your c-bet and there are 2 overs - check it down as they've likely got one of them
