WSOP November Nine - Who's Your Money On?

Right, the November Nine has been set. We've got a Brit (sadly not one of ours, sigh), an Irishman who has a famous poker dad and the 2011 WSOP Player of the Year Elect.

I'm gonna have to go for Ben Lamb. He's been playing out of his skin this series and the fact that he'll more than likely win the POY despite Hellmuth hattrick of runner-up finishes shows you just how good this kid is. Scary good.

Would love to see Sam Holden win, or Eoghan of course. I've met Eoghan once or twice and he's a really shy/humble kind of guy and sure he'd make a classy winner.

I've watched it every night this week and it's the strongest final table I can remember.

yeah eoghan is a super nice guy; gets it v quietly.

i met sam in cork a couple of months back - v nice guy, he accidentaly dropped his iphone into his pint while we were havin a natter lol...was v impressed by his temperament given that i think it's his first deep run in a major event

I met Sam in UKIPT Edinburgh we both went deep and had alot of battles, hes a good player and intelligent with his plays. 

He sucked out on me pretty big 3 handed in the UKIPT Newcastle 6max side event and ended up winning http://pokerdb.thehendonmob.com/event.php?a=r&n=56560, we joked that we hoped he hadn't used up all his run good on a £100 side event as he was shortly travelling to Vegas - he obviously hasn't . 

Really nice lad and has no ego to be honest which is probably helped him alot along the way. Be good to see him win, although I am slightly regretting the fact I didnt buy a piece of his action considering he offered me it before he went to sell on 2+2.

With my mixed English/Irish roots I'll be cheering on both Sam and Eoghan. It's about time we had a winner from the British Isles, wouldn't it be brilliant.
 
I predict a British winner would spark a mini poker boom in this country, and therefore be good news for Sky Poker and us regs here .
