Don't get me started on Broadway.

I would say it has the worst customer service of any UK casino, but I think it more accurate to describe it as having the worst customer service of any business in the UK!

Rudest, most unhelpful and incompetent staff I have ever come across.

        Played at star city as a complete novice some years ago and the staff could not have been more helpful. I had a great night. It was run then by Stanley.
