bounty hunter why couldn t i reraise pre

this is my first time posting a hand so hope i get it rite. was playing bounty hunter last nite and came across this.

i min raised with the plan the short stack would go all in and was pretty sure the 2 blinds would call which is what i wanted because i then planned to re raise the 2 callers to isolate the short stack bt i was given no option to  raise so i had to call which led to me losing the hand. so i want to no y i coldn t raise again or even go all in pre flop. thanks

Its because the all in is smaller than a min raise so you have to flat call.

P.s Hidden bad beat no. 621 wd.

oh rite so if i just limped in and the player went all in then i would of had option to re raise then is it.

think i d better scrap the tactic i was trying lol.
