Did I make the wrong re-raise?

Should I have folded instead? I put him on Qx or lower pair, clearly I was totally wrong. Also thought that he would be raising with Q low kicker as he was so deep stacked.

Nick this is played well....

As YB said I would just shove over the donk bet....

A donk bet is a bet made by a player who called pre flop, rather than raised. So you raised, he called pre flop, and on the flop he "donked" into you, ie, he bet into the pre flop raiser.....

Dunno where the term "donk bet" came from, it doesn't mean he's a donk neccesserily, but donk bets are generally weak.

As I said to u earlier, storong hand, BET BET BET/ RAISE RAISE RAISE.

When he donks into you, just jam your stack in and win the money.

After that pot bet, firstly scream YESSSSSS !!! Then shovle your stack in to the middle and get ready to relaod when he binks

'Donk bet' is not a term of abuse. They're actually very useful. Often a player will think "I'll call a 86p bet, so it's probably better to make it than call it". Often players will do it with 2nd pair or a draw. Donk bets often take the pot down. They're also useful for getting information and pot control.
The big money is made, in my opinion, when you donk bet (or lead into a pre-flop raiser) with a big hand like a small set. They're much better than a check-raise in these situatins as the CR often gives the game away. Yet 90% of people prefer the CR - go figure.
Experiment a bit and find what works for you and in what situations.
