I agree to that. Its a rebuilding jobby needed for Chelsea this season but they'll still be good enough for the top three; and Torres will be firing without a doubt.

The following year they will be back seriously challenging for the title. AVB also obviously knows how to win in Europe too so he could take Chelsea far though I only see two winners of the CL for the near future in the Big Two in Spain.
