Trolling and sky poker lack of action

Right someone at Sky is going to get a rocket from me. I have reported twice a player who continually trolls my games and tries to put me off. I have no shame in naming this player because he/she quite clearly has not been contacted by sky.

Sky continually say they do not tolerate abusive chat/trolling and what do they do about it? Answer, clearly nothing.

    I usually dont condone namin and shamin BUT on this occasion i make an exception , hope it gets sorted for ya xx

    Remember you talking about this a few weeks ago when we were in that dym together, the fact that it still hasnt been sorted it discrasefull imo, cant sky take away there chat?

    Hi Acegooner

    I have had to delete the offending players name as naming and shaming is against the forum rules.  In order to get this sorted out you need to contact customer care, I have also forwarded a copy of your original post onto the Sky team so they are aware of the situation.
