Best of luck to all playing the Monday Forum DTD.

Your captain is on a mission and will be out for the win Tonight. I will be disappointed with myself if I get anything less than a top 10 spot. (You heard it here first)

There will be plenty of ducking and diving to do if I am to have any chance of a top spot, but make no mistake about it, I mean business!!!!.

Lots of you are cashing at the mo, so I hope your run good continues in tonights DTD. Lets go out there and enjoy the game we all love so much and just play to the best of our ability.

It would be great to see at least 3 TPTers back in the top 10 tonight and a few points on the board, but regardless of results, I know you always give 100%.

You are all the greatest players & friends I have ever had the pleasure of sharing a table with and great ambassadors for TPT.

Doubt if anyone agree's but I think the DTD is getting to big for Deepstacks.  Last night seemed like a grind, staying tight and sensible doesnt seem to work in that size of fields as the blinds were sizable with the players still being at the 100 mark.

Still going to keep at it but c hrist its getting difficult lol

Its not the big fields thats bothering me as I agree they have done a great job to build it up.  I just think a huge field and a deepstack = a very very late night and I have work in the morning. Tactically its getting very difficult to stay tight knowing from a 100 players onwards its a bit of a shove an hope if you want to get near a low score.

Hey its only my opinion and didnt expect much to agree but thought I would air my views on my team page.

yes the field last night was Maaaaahooooooosive But I still enjoyed it

It's very very tough to do well in all 3 tournies against that size of field, but I gotta say.........TPT were all over it last night and we still had quite a few players in right down to the last few tables - Even managed a cash myself wiiiiiiiiiii.

At the end of the day, i'm happy to have the fun and banter at the expense of the buy-in and it also gives me a massive poker incentive injection every week

MY VIEW ON LAST NIGHTS DTD

 I totally see what your saying Torryboy. With 2 DTD games going on till just after 1 am it is difficult for people who have work in the morning. Unfortunately that is one of the byproducts of a successfully run event. Have to correct you on one point torry staying tight and sensible DID seem to work last night for me and for others. And if they ever change the DTD format from deepstack to a Turbo you won't see me for dust. Personally I think theres far too many turbos and BHs and not enough "regular " MTTs.
