sigh this is why I like Sky Poker
I had to download another poker client today as I wanted to register for a live tournament early online to book my place.
So download it, fill in all my details etc and go to create my account and then it tells me 'you have already registered on one of our partner sites so we can't accept your account'.
So look at all the sites and I think I have a memory of registering for one of them years ago so off I go to my email account to search for my log in details.
Can't find them so I go onto live help. Sat there for 20 mins with the message on the screen saying that I'm next in the queue. Give up. Call the customer service number. Listen to music for 15 mins or so. Give up.
Sky gets some stick on the forum but they would never run their operation like this one does. Totally ridic.

Buy some notebooks and write down all of your login details for future reference.
It's saved me from some major headaches over the years.
