u see a shirt for £97.u dont have the cash so u borrow £50 from your mum and £50 from your dad=£100.u buy the shirt and have £3 change.u give your dad a £1 and your mum a £1 and keep a £1 yourself.now u owe your mum £49 and you dad £49. £49+£49=£98 + your £1=£99.where is the missing £1?

    What, the answer is obvious, it's a....  no that's not it.  Oh wait its ummm..... no that doesn't work either.
