Poker fights

Best you've seen?

I was a peacemaker tonight. An all-in on a J high board was called with 44. 4 hit. AJ guy went loopy, threw chips at villain and a shoving match ensued. I'm not a small guy and came inbetween them. "Get an sbsolute* grip, and chill the jeepers* out." I could hardly believe it.

I had a guy shouting his mouth of that he'd won £28k on-line and his QQ being called by A10 was the worst call he'd ever seen. Aye, right, I see worse every night. Slevour.

Seriously, take it like a man. It's a cruel game at times. Post it on here by all means but accept what it is.

But the thread is, what's the best/worst toy throwing you've seen?

* can't swear on Sky.

    was that in a live game? ive seen a few stamps of the fist on the table and a chair thrown in a live game but generally they just say a couple of words and walk out of the card room as soon as they can. As a poker player you have to be able to deal with the beats or you would go insane.

    I've not played much live but when I have it's all been quite civilised. One youngish kid had a go at somebody for calling his shove with a raggy ace but that was about it.

    I've never been a fan of criticising peoples play. They have paid their money so they can play their cards how they want.

    I've seen a player get so upset over a ruling live that he questioned the dealer, who got the floor person, who got the TD - and when they all agreed he argued with the TD for a while before leaving the table for nearly an hour to cool down because he considered it to be such a great injustice.

    He was a serious, 'proper', player so he knew what he had to do was just sit out for a while to collect his thoughts and avoid tilt - if he'd been less of a pro though, I think that level of rage he had could have spilled out into violence.
