should i have folded

playing 10nl. Havent been on the table long. the flop wasnt great considering it was a four way pot. The first player to act bets into the pot, by doing that i was pretty sure he didnt have a made flush i put him on kx or a pocket pair. The other two players calls so my hands wasnt looking great. on the turn the player leads again, i was confident i was ahead of him, the other two players call again, which was very confusing. I thought it was unlikey they could have the flush as they didnt raise. On the river the first player put the rest in. For some reason i couldnt believe he had much. So my question is should i have just folded and waited for a better spot

Hard to see stacks, I probably raise flop as dawe looks like he has 30 bigs behind.
