BSB play

Scenario: everyone folds round to the button and everyone is deep-stacked, say 100 big blinds. No-one knows anything about anyone's play. BSB = Button, Small, Big.

How often do you think the button should attempt the blind steal with a 4xBB raise?
How often do you think the small blind should participate or just get out of the way?
How often do you think the big blind should defend the big blind by:
a) calling the button raise to see the flop
b) re-raising to head off the blind steal?

If the button just folds, how often do you think the small blind should:
a) make it up
b) attempt the steal?

I'd be interested to hear what people's thoughts are generally.

i steal from the button anywhere between 75-85% of the time.  i think the small blind should fold and then the big blind should too.

the big blind should never call imo....its a raise or fold spot....i re raise from the bb 23.25% :)

if folded to me in small blind i will genuinely steal 100% of the time unless i know the player in the bb

bb should attempt to steal everytime :)

it might not work but at least it will create action
