I think that its only people who satelitte in who can't get a refund to their account.

I am not 100pc sure tho.  Ask CS to confirm before you reg.

You can buy in and then de reg if you are unavailable to play because it is your own money and not money earned from a satellite in the same way as if you bought into the any tournament on SKY - you can de-reg with seconds to spare if you wanted to if you bought in direct and the money returns to your account.

Obviously if you can't play then the sooner you de reg the better because it allows others the opportunity to buy in after if there is a need to do so.

If you need to be 100% sure again then contact Customer services.

i could never understand why you can not de register if you satellite in you won the seat with money paid by the players not sky. if you de register and lose the money what right do sky have keeping it. they got their buy in rake, if it wasn't a sat that money would be prize money.

    Hi Alan

I meant I have no idea if Sky have set a time limit for de-regs etc because I have not read any fine print.
You can de-reg freely as it stands now but will this still be the case late friday evening/saturday morning...I personally can't see why not but you never know and it is worth asking the question if he was going to de-reg real late on but as it stands now Pod says he is playing now whatever happens so no real issues :)

No de-reg's after say Thursday, as the list needs to be sent to the venue and the holding tank in the tournament lobby will be taken down 48 hours before the event
