Would you check call small bet on flop?

I don,t play this hand everytime pre, but theres  one or 2 ppl calling and seeing flops and feel i could get paid off in a multi way pot

The bet on the flop was a kind of stopper - see where i am bet and inflate the pot if i hit then i try a small semi bluff/ rep the 9  on the turn and hit the worse card i can on the river - By the turn i,m thinking he,s still playing his Q and caalling me down as he hd done previously with top pair and was thinking of shoving the river with a view to him laying it down if i missed my str8 anywy as i,d showed strength throughout
