Poker Points

I'm not sure if this is right section for this question but anyway...

I have accumulated a few poker points  and was wondering what I could actually do with them on the site.

I know there are Freeroll tournaments, but since MTTs are not really my thing and with all the re-buys and add-ons available I'd probably end up having to spend real money to complete at them, which I don't really want to do.

Are there any other uses for Poker Points on them on the site?

[Also, I have a Poker Token, apparently. Again, what is this and what can I do with it?]
