Hello again,

I'm back from Spain - and ready for four hours of Internet pokerz on channel 865. The show begins at 9pm, with the £8k Sunday Roller our primary focus.

Sadly, our guest for the evening, Stuart Rutter has called in sick. But you can still expect hand analysis and discussion of various poker-related news and topics. Plus, following on from Thursday's strategy segment (identifying your weaknesses), tonight we want you to...

ADMIT YOUR MISTAKES

Losing in poker is not always about tough beats and bad luck. Sometimes we just don't play well. So, please send in hands (from any TV table), which you KNOW you could have played differently. Examples may include: failing to extract maximum value with the nuts, making spewy "hero" calls, four-bet jamming with junk. It's time to confess!

Plus, there'll be an on-air competition, as Ian 'The Raiser' Frazer presents...

"WHAT A MUPPET!"

    Our first discussion topic of the night:

    Should electronic devices (iPads, smartphones, etc.) be banned from the poker table?

    A new (unpopular) rule on the European Poker Tour dictates that they can't be kept on the table - not even the rim. Players are required to keep them in their pockets or laps and can only hold an electronic device when they're not in a hand (i.e. don't have hole cards in front of them).

    Your thoughts please...

    Recently played at Gala Bristol in one of there evening main tourneys about an hour into play the player to my left was knocked out and was replaced by a young lady She sat down with her chips and proceeded to proudce a smallish lap top To my amazement she logged on to a well know Poker site (Not Sky she had bad taste) and opened up 3 cash tables Every time it was her turn to act there was a delay or she had to promted only time i ve seen this and hopefully the last proper pain !!!!

    anyone got an idea to what would happen in event of a dead heat in the premiership freeroll competiton?? the highest scoring player from each team wins a £110 thursday roller seat! 3 players including myself finished joint top!! anyone know the score here?

    hi guys looking forward to the show, i know your asking for tv tables and admiting your mistakes but i dont play alot of them but i did play a b/h 3 days ago where i made a very bad play in my opinion and somehow totally trapped myself and was knocked out, i know i played the hand wrong and would love to tell you why but im not sure where i made the mistake so if its possible 'i know im asking alot' but could you tell me where i made the mistake as still new to poker but would like to avoid this again if i can

    evening guys i just want to say 1stly that im really happy with the runners we got for the mini roller tonight..since i started it up i dont think there has been any overlay but we got 77 runners which is great,so if u could plz mention this...2nd i am waiting for one of u to pull my name out of the hat for the roller seat for taking out james in the DTD comp ;) remember the hand james??? lol....3rd hope u hanging too much ian ;) lol have a great show guys

    p.s. when are u 3 picking ur 5 for the SPT on the forum??

    hi good to see you back tonight james. hope you and ian have a good show :)

    as for admitting mistakes or things that have went wrong....

    i got a free ticket to the 12K primo tonight thanks to my fantasy football team and played so badly, anything that could go wrong, did go wrong... it could be a long night looking back at those hands :( haha

    hi james, ian,

    my mistake was at the glasgow spt last year.  it was my first live event ever and i had decided that the best way to reduce the number of tells was to look at my hole cards only once.

    one hand, i looked at my cards, A-J, positioned them in front of me and didn't touch them again.  the betting continued and after the flop, J-8-2, i thought my top pair top kicker would be good.  a short stack opponent was active and we went to showdown with him all-in.  i revealed my hand expecting to see my A-J however i turned over 9-8.

    the most fantastic sight was seeing all those round the table (RANGERSCHA, extraman, el_horno, bobafett1) look at me with absolute astonishment wondering why i had called.  the mistake is that i had remembered the cards of the hand before. 

    inside i was shocked.  seeing everyone look at me, catch their eye, and they would look away.  all trying to understand what on earth i was doing.  i diid't explain my error.

    the upside to this is that i went on to be chip leader for 2 hours and cashed.

    the downside is that i can still see their faces.

    can show hand as was deepy, i had k/q and we get to river oppo shoves, there`s me with nut strate so call, only to lose to lose to two pair, how could i lose ??? so i check hand history. only to find i mis-read hand the jack never hit
