Live chat, rudeness?

I'd like to add a suggestion for live chat to not end so rudely before resolutions are met.I have had to go on live chat 5-6 times for account issues and althought they are polite atleast half of the sessions have ended rudely without resolution and while I am in the middle of typing a response. I do understand their time is limited but ending the chat while I am in the middle of typing a response and no resolution has been met just seems rude.

i havnt had this happen to me before and sometimes you get a survey to fill in to see how you are with the service. Maybe you just got one of the bad ones.
