 Hi  does anyone know how to redeem a £1-10 p  Poker Token .   I go to redeem window and it says I have to claim this before 16-9-2011 by entering code but I didn't get a code so it tells me to enter Tournament and the redeem amount will show. No it doesn't .!  Is this the Round Robin scenario where it takes you round the house till the expiry date runs out then it removes the offer. Mmm only been with Sky two years and this is the first Token I have received. Or have I.? This Donkey is having trouble reaching the Carrot please shorten the stick. ?

I`V HAD THIS BEFORE, SO PHONED C/CARE AND THEY SORTED FOR ME.

I think it's a token for entry into the £1000 guaranteed tourney. If you earned between 250-499 poker points last month then you get entry to this tournament which will take place on 10th September (not sure of the time)

Thank you,  I looked at the token and 250-499 is on the entry if you are correct then I will wait till the 10th Sep  and check entries.  Hugs x

if token is in bonuses and it won`t use it, then phone c/care and let them know, they`ll be able to to transfer that to what ever game you want to play, it worked for me as token would not get used when regged for a game.

Hi Sporny   Thank you but if I have to go through Customer Care one more time then I will lose the will to live so they can keep their £1-10 as I don't need it that badly I can pay my own way.  Hugs to all   Annie x

Yes,  it's like a freeroll but with better prizes.  My Alias is not on the List so I will take it I have to Register now or on the day. Ty Red   Hugs x

I'm pretty sure if you try and register one of the options presented it to use the token.  Try it and see.

Hi yes tried that and the only option I would like is Tournaments the others are blackjack ect,  Not into Casino Gambling and only usually play DYMs so why do they not let the player chose the game. Not worried just curious as to why they shove you into a game you have no interest in.  I do have the option to play or not. ?  Hugs xx

I`V DONE IT AND TOKEN DON`T SHOW, SO PHONED C/CARE AND THEY SAW IT AND PUT ME IN TOURNIE OFF MY CHOOSING, I.E £1.10 DEEPSTACK
