Or understand that because they are low stakes and especially rebuy-low stakes people will call with a jack and a jaffacake.

Understanding this and not buying in for the sixth time on level 10 will help you with your bank roll and stop you getting annoyed when the inevitable bad beat happens.

When there is 17 people left (5 get paid) and the average chip stack is 14000 Why do people buy 2000 chips over and over again.

If the bb is 800+ your gettin looked up every time.Hell if i have 800(BB) in, the (SB) has 400 in, and you shove 2000 i'm lookin you up with 5,2 off, just to annoy you lol.

I play the Rollers and the DTD - that's a buy in range of £1.10 to £220.00

You will get crazy calls in both in my experience. Best avoid all in situations until you have built sufficient chips to withstand any slip ups. The first thing to consider when a likely all-in situation arises is - can I afford it? The cards are a secondary consideration - even AA and KK.

Remember any mtt whether high or low buy-in is a marathon not a sprint.

the best mtt advice of the lot imo.......try not to get all in unless.....

    a.you have the nuts.
b.you have your oppo well covered.
c.you need to nick chips(because like me you have observed a and b too tightly)...:)

Remember reading an atricle from Greenstein, explaining why he folded A's face up pre flop in a wsop circuit event after there were 4 or 5 allins in front of him.

He basically said it was an exercise in dicipline, refusing to allow cards to dictate his action and Tournament life.

Ties in nicely I think :p
