Starting out in NL4, advice on bet sizing and overall play saught..

I am new to cash as I decided tonight after building my bankroll through SnG's to give NL4 a chance. This was in fact the second hand I played after sitting down at the table. Just looking for advice based on how i played the hand in terms of bet sizing and anything else that could help me improve.

Just bet big with big hands.

This hand, i make it at the very least 40p to go but i probably make it more like 50p if its a stationy table. Your pre flop raise is too small, then you end up going multi way in to a hand with a hand like AA which isnt ideal. 

On the flop, make it at least 3/4 pot but i probably pot size it. You have 3 callers, charge them for any draws they have. You are actually pricing them in with such a small bet.

Then you can shove turn!
