Im very pleased with ed's comment on how he thinks players on this site (especially cash) have improved so much , i myself solely put it down to spending so much time in the 'Poker Clinic' , i know i still have so much to learn about this beautiful game BUT feel i am gettin there sooner rather than later.A massive shout out to all of the regs that give their opinions in there.
Did you know: During the 1600's, boys and girls in England wore dresses until they were about seven years old.
Did you know: The English-language alphabet originally had only 24 letters. One missing letter was J, which was the last letter to be added to the alphabet. The other latecomer to the alphabet was U.
Thanks very much for the tsp classic entry on monday guys.
My m8 phoned me to let me know about me winning it but didnt know if he was winding me up or not
The hand in question when i raised with 45 spades i think it was, i bet flop to rep ace then put him on flush draw after his call so aslong as club didnt hit i felt i was ok but obvi felt i had to bet river strong aswell because with bottom pair i thought he could of easily hit something to beat me.
The first James Bond was Barry Nelson, who played him in a US tv movie based on Casino Royale in 1954. Bob Holness was in a radio play in 1956. The amount of tosh you learn from playing a million pub quizzes!!!
I have just found another leak of mine. When multitabling I can look at a hand on one table and the flop on another and think I have connected hard with it.
The reason I wanted to see that hand is its the biggest cash pot I have won here
DID Ed know there are at least 10 ways for a bowler to be out? OF course he does as he's prob done em all!! I've added 2 REAL ones at the end JUST for Ed!
1) caught 2) stumped 3) LBW 4) run out 5) bowled 6) hit wicket 7) hit the ball twice 8) obstucting the field 9) handling the ball 10) time out 11)showing dissent to an umpire's decision 12)offensive behaviour on the field
only just got in - but if nobody picked this up - i am sure the answer is none - THE BOWLER CAN'T BE OUT
