Want ot becomce a better player!!

I want to make that next step up to become a really good player, I play about 7 hours a day and make a good £30 a day as I only play lower stakes. However after a few days I always seem to get unlucky losing every flip like my QQ vs AK. Will this be because how am playing my hands?

Or does anyone have any tips that I can improve my game and start being more consitent ???

    Are you friends with this opponent or something  because you gave him the easiest time possible. I can give you some simple adivce which will make you a better player... bet lots of money when you have a hand!! He has a hand he doesnt want to fold and your letting him see a showdown for as cheap as possible.
