Sadly this is the way the mercenaries have become, its like that for every club. The fans can no longer identify with the modern day player, they are totally on a different planet.

I dont know how this could be done, but its about time the fans stuck up to the players and made them realise they shouldnt bite off the hand that feeds them.

The players have all of the power now which is a scary situation.

All that will happen is he gets sold on and makes a load more money.

If Man City aggreed he should face a ban by FIFA of not being able to play and not getting paid.

Then get rid after the ban.

Still a breach of contract,he should be sacked and his contract null and void and his registration should be held for 5 years so he couldn't play for anyone,bit over the top i know  but this would stop the mercenaries..greedy tvvat

As a City fan I'd love to see this happen, but it won't.

Much as I dislike Tevez' s actions, I can't help thinking Mancini's management of the situation through this season has contributed to the situation.

The Tevez issue has taken some of the heat off of Mancini for some of his other decisions. Particularly why Kolo Toure was put straight back in for a game of tha tmagnitude after a year out.


As for hating to be a City fan at the moment, WHY???
