I think I have to call here, but I don't love it.

This move has been a bit of a fad in DYM lately (the 3bet overbet shove in level 1/2/3).  AK turns up a lot, as do pairs 77+.  Kings and aces rarely (but sometimes seen).  Kings turn up more than aces.

I call here.  Not that happy about it and depending on how you feel your edge is versus the table, might even be a fold.

Opponents a reg? All important.

Tough, tough call in all honesty. I reckon it's so much in the grey area you can barely be wrong or right whatever anyone says and whatever level and against whoever. Some decisions are just based on instinct and this is one that that shouldn't be dwelt upon independent of result. You're right as often as you're wrong.

A straw poll of every player on here would probably say 50/50. It would depend on my mood. Mostly I'm going bust with Qs pre in a dym. ICM calcs might help but that's waaayyyyy over my head.

Then it's wrong in a dym.

Bams, even good players, are still capable of knocking each other out.

Better spots to be found IMHO.

Depends on the stakes and what % of ur bankroll is on this game.

at low stakes £1 and £2 games i seen ppl shove early with rag ace also with kq suited.

but then i seen ppl shove with aces hoping for a caller.
