prob check turn, if you bet make it bigger. As played you prob should fold to c/r,I would get it in too though

thanks for the advice man, i tend to agree with you there, my thought process throughout the hand was that when he bet into me on the flop and then checked i thought this was pretty weak and he missed the flop, so i purposely bet slightly weakly on the turn to try and induce a bluff raise which i thought i got so i shoved, but turns out i was trapped. just really annoyed with myself tbh

I would allways 4 bet there, but if i were to take ur line and just flat......dunno really oppo dependant tbh and doesnt help the thought proccess knowing what boonicon is holding, I may check raise that flop as its kinda wet but looks safe saying that, if i were to take ur line and call i would check back the turn being check raised there is ugly, and call/value bet the river...

p.s its better not to show the outcome of the hand i.e the villains holding it influences peoples views

Yh check turn prob best as your bet is just too small if you bet make it more. When they make small raise here I don't think you're good very often so would fold.
