Flat flop?

No real reads on villain although he'd been involved in a fair amount of pots (I can't recall any showdowns though).

What's the best way forward on this flop? I've binked in a multi way pot on a board that doesn't look too dangerous & I've position too. If I call then I can under rep my hand & keep in some bluffs but if I raise then I could be losing tons of value, right?
