Tourney line check

Villain is not a complete fish. Not many hands have gone to showdown but he seems decent and capable of bluffing. Hands of note where he raised and called 2 shoves over 50bb deep with 2nd shover with KQ (both had got it in light before) and where he bluffshoved about 75 bb deep hu v me with K3s and I snapped with AK and held up. He has generally raised when first in to a pot and has 3bet me a few times as I have him but none of these were flatted the K3 one is the only one that reached showdown. He bets flops enough to do it without the goods sometimes, but mightnt bluff multiple streets

The check pre is obv questionable but he rarely limped and my hand is pretty disguised if I hit. Comments on all streets welcome, but main question would be should I either lead or c/r river

If I bet river what worse calls? If I check do more hands bet than call a lead? If I c/r how often am I called by worse?

Ya aint bein beat by alot here so imo i raise the river 99.9% of the time , ya may get called by a pocket pair
