THERE NOT ALWAYS THE MOST HELPFUL,( SOME WOULD SAY) CUSTOMER CARE, HAD TO PULL OUT OFF LAST NITE £1.10 CASH FOR POINTS (HATE SIT OUTS) DUE TO AS SOME KNOW I HAD OP ON HIP, SO HAD TO GO BACK TO HOSPITAL FOR A BLOOD CLOTTING AGENT CALLED FACTOR 8 AS I A HEAMOPHILIA, SO THEY HAVE AGREED TO HOLD IT FOR NEXT MONTH, I ALSO KNOW WALLER02 WOULD AGREE AS HE MISSED £110 ROLLER DUE TO BEING AWAY, HE DID NOT KNOW HE WAS IN IT TILL HE GOT BACK, BUT THEY CHECKED IT OUT AND PUT HIM BACK IN FOR THIS THURSDAYS ROLLER (GL IN THAT BUD) SO FOR A CHANGE TO CUSTOMER CARE

I hadn't been entered into it so got in touch using the online chat option.
I explained the situation, the adviser was busy but promised to come back to me as soon as possible.
In the meantime I had to nip out but I came back to the pc to see he had sorted it all out in my absence.
So they do a good job in my eyes.
