Has anyone sat and watched "poker talk" on late night sky poker channel?

edited October 2011 in Poker Chat
Put the channel on by accident, typed 865 instead of 965 :)

Some of the advice the guys and gals give to anyone who is just starting to play poker is priceless :)

The one that made me lol the most was the guy who says his best advice would be:

If you flop a big hand DONT bet the flop, DONT bet the turn and wait until the river before reassessing your hand and bet BIG because anyone who might have a draw on the flop will call if you bet and they will def hit their draws and win your money :).

Some class stuff on there and obvi alot of it is from players who are prob just starting out in the game themselves.

Wonder how many of them would change their advice after playing for a while :)

If i was to give some advice it would be.

1=Watch the live shows because some of the advice the experts give on there is very good stuff
2=Make sure you play as many HU stts as poss v Rich Orford in his tuesday challenge
3=Make sure you play as many HU stts as poss v Rich Orford in his tuesday challenge(so good i said it twice :) )
4=Try not to be up all night typing on a poker forum until 5am when you have got to be up again at 6.30am :)
