personally i feel when a disagreement happens in a forum post it is fine all part of the fun,if mods decide to close it because they think someone is out of line it is fine they are doin g their jobs
but when some person/persons start sending abusive/rude pms through to someone else it really shows just what they are all about..so to whoever is doing it, you are very sad pathetic pointless gutless individuals

I Agree Dennis runs great comps and would be a shame for hi not to, if he personally doesnt want me and dohhh in them then just say and i wont enter but i would still like to be part of them as they are fantastically run.
Shame it went OTT on basis of a few opinions by myself and JJ, neither personal and never directed at the people running it just a query.
NVM we are all grown ups so can move on............

Even for me i can see its blatantly obvious no one was called a cheat. And i dont read too good.
I dont have anything more to say on this matter.
I have to +1 Dohhhhhhh's OP. JJ has a direct style of posting that can sometimes appear confrontational, but is in fact brutally honest. I prefer to sit on the fence sometimes rather than confront situations and express my true opinion in public, so i do admire Dohhhhhhh's approach, because i wish i had his perception and the ability to think outside the box and not be afraid to take a seperate viewpoint. JJ has supported me privatley for months, and is a cracking laugh. Irishrover has also supported me too when ive needed a friendly ear. both have given me brilliant advice, as have many other forumers. I also hope i have helped others.
Sometimes Dohhhhhh does lack tact. this cant be disputed, but Its a fine line really, JJ needs to know that if you pee on someone's bonfire, you have to deal with the inevitable backlash. On this occasion, i think Dohhhhhh was frank and honest, but im certian he didnt mean to upset irish, elsa, or anyone. But i do understand their reaction, although some of the PM's may have gone a little too far.
Anyway, I think we should all move on and learn from this misunderstanding. But i think Irishman should continue to do his excellent work on the forum that we all appreciate, and that JJ should continue to be JJ. Were all in this together, lets not fall out over stupid things.
But respect to you dohx7 for this thread, you are indeed the better man.
The one thing we can't deny is the boundless amounts of enthusiasm both JJ and Irish have to Sky Poker. They've contributed about 93.4% of all posts on here, after all*

Me and JJ and a few others have a right to say, im not too fussed about the ppl cant get more then 1 award but like i state i dis-believe the statement that it took that long and also the person who is 2nd and so on gets the awards.

Finally can you put the vote counts for each category? im assuming you have this to hand as its taken so long. My main query is whether the next best gets the award in all cases

Fact all the time i spent running comps were enjoyable up to this ,
as a forum volunteer we don't get anything return , we put hours and hours
coming up with ideas , chasing after prizes , setting rules , over seeing probs that
may arise .
This one was different reading all those comments above is just pure as simple nasty stuff indeed .
I had a right to defend myself from above nastiness ,
to ever action there is a reaction .
If one is going to write this rubbish above and not expect a reaction from me ,
you have got no chance .
So whilst i except the apology my comp organizing days are over ,
i wont be wasting at more time on them ,
why would anyone in their right mind put hours in to receive
such responses as above .
If someone wishes to step forward and take over the dym comp & the cash monthly
comp that adam gave me the go ahead for ,
i would be more then happy to accommodate them .

im not dragging this further as its no good for skypoker or the forum, Just get over it dennis. I dont see how us questioning you makes you assume it is a personal attack or whatever.
You certainly are reading too much into this, both myself and JJ have always got on really well with you. You help out everyone for like you say nothing in return which i admire all the work you do, all the comps you run are brilliant so it will be skypokers loss if you decide to hang up you forum comps/ideas
I have nothing else to say on this matter, as suggested a zillion times lets move on.... run good and play poker
