England vs Man Utd

A bit of a debate in the office which got us divided, so we thought we'd open it to the community (lets not get too serious about it, its just for fun!)

Lets imagine a scenario where England play a football match against Man Utd (we'd have to pretend there were two Wayne Rooneys and he's not banned!)

So what do you think? What would the result be?

Obviously alot of clueless people here when it comes to football.

England are an embarrassment (im english)  they got played off the park for 90 mins at home to wales and looked like a pub team vs minnows montenegro

Agree with Pokerdonk, apart from the last line.

Alot of the players overlap.

But United train together everyday and play together twice a week.

It wouldn't even be close.

I agree, but voted for England because i physically could not vote for the other lot!

have something England will never have

There are three or four premier league teams that would turn our national side over. Man Utd are definately one of them.

Taking variance into account ( referee mistakes , sendings off etc )  - If they played each other over 100 games man Utd would come out on top

I,d like to see a friendly between Barcalona and the England team  - Why do they never do that instead of some of the emaningless friendlies they do play. it would be a gr8 spectacle although could be a bit embarrasing for England
