***Service Update - Slow Fund Transfers ***

Hi Everyone,

Since approximately 5.20pm today we've seen some intermittent slow fund transfers. This would mean a delay of a few seconds when you choose to buy in/top up at a cash table or register for a tournament/make a rebuy.

This is currently being investigated as a priority and we are looking to resolve this as soon as possible however we do not expect this to have any other impact on actual gameplay other than that listed above.

We'll provide an update as soon as we have more information, we apologise for the inconvenience whilst this matter is being investigated.

    Not sure if its a similar problem, but I qualified for the 12K BH via the 17.00 semi final but it didn't show me as registered for the main event.  When  I rang CC I was told that I had deregistered, even though I know that I hadn't.  The young lady, who I spoke to, has now registered me for the game but looking through the list of winners of the 17.00 game I see that there are others who are not registered for the main event.

    so it`s not just this, have spoke to c/care about post (not rude ) dissapearing from threads, so there`s a gremlin about ?

    FAO Mods, if you delete a post/thread of mine can you let me know so i know what the deuce ive done wrong.

    Also to Sky, not really had an issue in my last session regards to reloads apart from once when i couldnt put 25p on the table. Rather than be delayed it say something along the lines of request cannot be met, contact customer care. Didnt bother me as i was only 3buyins short of the max but if id lost a £2, or £3 pot and then got kings which hold id have been peeved.

    Spornybol: no there can be no relationship between this intermittent slow fund transfer and any posts or threads missing/disappearing. 

    All of our products (Poker, Bingo, Vegas and sportsbook) will be effected equally by this slow transfer issue tonight.

    We are close to a solution, but currently have no plan to make a change this evening, as the situation is stable at present, we'll aim to address it in the morning.

    Steve: I coudlnt really say whether the satellite issue you saw was related, from what we can see everyone who won a seat in the semi-final did play the £12k main event, we'll monitor this though.

    The_don: that would sound like your top up attempt timed out resulting in that message, I would expect this was directly related to the slow transfer, although that would be speculation.

    Customer care will be happy to help if you experience any issues such as these.
