The plan changed.

Last nights 12k BH.Pre flop, the plan was to raise so that if the shortie shoved and the limper just called i could shove over the top to hopefully isolate.(thats' if i didn't get three bet by the others) But when the shortie unbelievably just calls, the limper feels priced in. Quick rethink after two checks on the flop, I'm sure I'm ahead but i dithered over whether just to raise and call a shove or just stick it all in. I'm sure if the shortie calls my raise the limper is going is going to call at least with the added equity of the bounty so if I shove and shortie calls the limper knows it's for his tournament as well. In the end I decide 3/4 pot is enough to tell limper that i'm calling any shove. Although shortie folds, limper decides to shove and I'm never folding.
 Question is, with this being a bounty hunter, should I have just shoved as I was going to call any shove, thereby take away the limpers(with no fold equity) check raise? Perhaps, i should've made a pot sized bet?
 Any thoughts on this appreciated.
