AA /KK running into trips

Is there anyway i'm not stacking in these spots. This has happend a couple of times the last two nights and its a touch anoying.

Solid reg, only sat down with him a couple of times, so not much info on him.

Any thoughts would be great.

    You ran into a set first off.

    As for hand I can't see how you can fold, espeically in 3bet pot where he could have smaller pair than yours like JJ/10's, gotta call.

    Unless ya have really accurate notes tellin ya villian only EVER does this with flopped st8's OR flopped sets then ya gonna call every single time

    100% depends who it is.

    The way it's played out I think I could actually guess. 

    Does it begin with an F? if it does u can fold.

    u cant fold here simple as its a low flop u got aces a resonable amount in the pot u bet a good size bet on the flop the guy with the set has played it well going all in disguised hes set because alot of people would just call ya flop bet with the set imo so no u cant get out of this just 1 of those hands unlucky

    Another hand, from Mon. Solid reg, norm on min of 4 tables, Happy he's not on AA,KK, or QQ as my notes have him defo raising me pre flop. Not sure if i'm doing something wrong and should be picking up on the info and reevaluating further don the street. Don't want to get in to the habit of folding just because i'm getting action.

    Again any thoughts would be great.

    Set when you hold pocket pair hit card to get set, like 66 K62 flop you have set. Trips AK KK2 flop you have trips.

    3 of a kind is for both but no one uses that term much.
