not happy or have I missed something

Today I satellited into tonights double stack, I then un regestired from said double stack but the money has not gone into my account.I contacted support and was told that if I un-reg from a tourney ive satellited  into the money will not go into my account I have to play the tourney!!!!!. So i asked that if i played in 2 satellites into same tourney that i can only qualify once (getting the buy-in amount credited if i qualify twice)I was told yes and that i can only play 1 satelitte into any given tourney!!!!!!! is this the case because if so its very bizzare.I dont play on here often but have masses of online play behind me and ive never had this problem on any other site ever.  Is this the norm

    Thats rediculous so if i satelite into ukops main event Icannot do it again and take ££££££ instead

    if you are already registered in a tournie, and manage to sat in again, the money is automatically credited to your account.  the CS agent in this case was wrong.

    but Sky does not offer cash credits when you unregister from a tournie you have sat into.  im sure that they will put you into an eqivalent tournie tho.

    Actually I think it works for all satellites now, I satted into the Open yesterday as did jibbz, the lobby stated that he was given cash credit as was already registered for it.

    if you are already registered in a tournie, and manage to sat in again, the money is automatically credited to your account.  the CS agent in this case was wrong. but Sky does not offer cash credits when you unregister from a tournie you have sat into.  im sure that they will put you into an eqivalent tournie tho.

    I've been here ages and I didn't even know this.  (although I asked 25,000 times durning the UKOPS sats, and didn't get an answer until it was too late. In fact didn't get an answer at all, not 1 as clear as the above bolded bit anyway) It always seems so confusing.

    Maybe sky shud post up their satellite policy and sticky it in the tourny section or something.
