Can we have a tournament for the unwell guys on here?

Is there any chance we could all group together and run a 3.30 torn and the 30p sky gets could go to the 3 guys who are unwell? I know if we only got 100 runners it would only be £30 split 3 ways but it could go into there account and would be a way of saying all at sky are thinking of them!

without wishing to be rude, just because some well known forum regulars are unwell doesn't make them charity cases.  im sure that the kind words shown on the various threads/PMs they are no doubt getting are cheering them up enough.

i know that this thread was made with the best of intentions tho and can see where you are coming from...but things like this would also be a nightmare for sky to organise too.

im sure that someone like Oynutter would rather people use their money to give to an organisation like the British Heart Foundation anyway.

Definitely not charity cases! but valued members of the forum who have helped and brought smiles to a lot of us!
I dont think they'd want cash but I do think they will be gutted not to be part of UKOPS,
If I had influence over Sky's pursestrings I'd nominate someone from the forum DTD who hasn't qualified for the tournament already or even Tikay/Orford to play on behalf of Team Nutter Sporny Bandit Inc so that while they're recouperating they're still involved in the most exciting tournament ever!
